General Help

You must supply a value in at least one search field. Fill in as much information as known to narrow your search, otherwise you may have many records returned. Choose Down Load option to download the comma-delimited files.

Normally, searches are done for an exact match of the name or project number as entered. If you are unsure of the spelling, you may choose to search for names beginning with the letters entered.

For example, searching for names beginning with SMI would yield records with SMIT, SMITH, SMILEY, and others.

When searching for a specific project number, enter the last eight digits and/or characters of the project number.  If you are not sure of what the exact project number is, but know a few of the digits, then use the percent sign.

For example, if  the last four digits of the project number are 1242, then enter %1242 in the Inquire by Project# box.  The system will search for all project numbers that include 1242. To view all projects, enter the word 'all' or percent sign only.
