Scope of Work:
THE SCOPE OF WORK IN THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF FINISH-OUT OF AN UNOCCUPIED LEASE SPACE OF 3006 GSF. THE NEWLY PROPOSED FINISH-OUT TO TAKE PLACE ON THE (1ST) FLOOR OF AN EXISTING MIXED USED BUILDING. THE INTENTED USE SHALL MAINTAIN 'BUSINESS' TYPE.
