Scope of Work:
TENANT IMPROVEMENT TO AN EXISTING CORE AND SHELL VACANT BUILDING, CONSISTING OF 3234 SF OF INTERIOR OFFICE SPACE AND 8491 SF OF STORAGE SPACE. HIGH PILE RACKING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE WAREHOUSE SCOPE OF WORK. THE OFFICE AREA WILL CONSIST OF OFFICES.
