Scope of Work:
New construction (1) Story building totaling 7,975 S.F. There will be a 4,920 S.F. convenience store and a 3,055 S.F. lease space for a QSR with Drive-Thru. Site will contain a fuel canopy with underground tanks as well as a drive-thru coffee kiosk.
