RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING 2,500 SQFT LEASE SPACE WITHIN AN EXISTING
PARKING GARAGE STRUCTURE TO CONTAIN A NEW 2,500 SQFT, CREDIT UNION
TO INCLUDE TELLER TRANSACTION AREAS, PRIVATE OFFICES, BREAKROOM,
RESTROOM, AND MODULAR VAULT.
