25,535 SF RENOVATION INCLUDES TWO SPEC SUITES, BROKER OFFICE SPACE, A CORRIDOR EXTENSION, AND TWO UNISEX RESTROOMS. EACH TENANT AND SPEC SUITE INCLUDES RECEPTION, BREAK SPACE, MEETING, COPY, IDF, WELLNESS, AND PRIVATE/OPEN OFFICE.
