OFFICE TENANT IMPROVEMENT OF THE FULL 2ND FLOOR. 1ST GEN TI TENANT FIT-UP, CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES NON-BEARING INTERIOR PARTITIONS, OFFICE GLASS STOREFRONTS, DOORS, FLOOR/WALL FINISHES, CEILING TILES/GRID, LIGHTING, MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, AND POWER/DATA.
