Scope of Work:
THE SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES REBUILDING THE SOUTH OFFICE OF
5,983 SF WITHIN A 1,084,571 SF EXISTING SHELL WAREHOUSE.
NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE STORED. ANY FUTURE HIGH PILE
STORAGE WILL BE PERMITTED SEPARATELY. THE TENANT IS QUANTIX.
