Discussion and possible recommendation regarding proposed changes to the rules under 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 110, by proposing new rules at §§110.1 and 110.10, amendments to existing rules at §§110.14, 110.20, 110.21, 110.23, 110.25, 110.30, 110.80, 110.90, and 110.95, and the repeal of existing rules at §§110.1 and 110.19, regarding the Athletic Trainers Program. The proposed rules implement House Bill 4007, 85th Legislature, Regular Session (2017); include changes to update and clarify existing rules; and update certain fees. Public comments received on the proposed rules will be discussed.
