  6. Discussion and possible recommendation on the proposed amendments to an existing rule at 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 67, 67.20, regarding the Auctioneers Program. The proposed rule amends §67.20, removing the restriction that prevents an applicant with a felony conviction during the five years prior to application from being licensed as an auctioneer.

The Auctioneer Advisory Board will accept public comment for the January 27, 2021 meeting.

Written comments must be submitted to no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. Comments will be provided to the Committee members for their review prior to the meeting but will not be read publicly during the public meeting.
