  • Discussion and possible recommendation on the proposed amendments to existing rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Chapter 67, §67.20, regarding the Auctioneers Program. The proposed rule amends §67.20, removes the restriction which prevents an applicant with a felony conviction during the five years prior to application from being licensed as an auctioneer

The Auctioneer Advisory Board will accept public comment for the October 13, 2020 meeting.

Written comments must be submitted to no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 12, 2020. Comments will be provided to the Committee members for their review prior to the meeting but will not be read publicly during the public meeting.

During the meeting, you will receive an email with a link/phone number to join the meeting. You will be given up to three (3) minutes to speak.
