Discussion and possible recommendation for adoption regarding the proposed amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 65, Subchapter R, §65.607 and §65.611, and the public comment received. The proposed amendments reflect a change in the national standard of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and make a technical correction. The discussion will include review and deliberation regarding the public comment received and the Department’s response to the comment.

Discussion and possible recommendation for publication regarding proposed amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 65, Subchapter A, §65.2; Subchapter C, §65.13 and §65.15; Subchapter I, §65.63 and §65.64; Subchapter J, §65.71; Subchapter O, §65.300; and Subchapter R, §§65.608, 65.609, 65.612 and possible additional sections, related to the Boiler Safety Program. The proposed amendments are to implement recommendations from the Board of Boiler Rules and from staff for updates, corrections, clarifications, consistency, and more precise requirements.
