Yesterday, the Texas Attorney General’s Office released a guidance letter to address questions relating to Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-18. Barbershops, cosmetology salons (including nail and esthetician), massage establishments, and laser hair establishments must remain closed until further notice.
