The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation readopted the rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 76, Water Well Drillers and Water Well Pump Installers, as a result of the required four-year rule review.
The readoption notice was published in the May 16, 2025, issue of the Texas Register (50 TexReg 2985).
