Discussion and possible recommendation regarding the proposed amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 114, §§114.10, 114.20, 114.23 - 114.30, 114.40, 114.50, 114.66 - 114.69, 114.80, 114.90, and proposed new §114.75. The discussion will include review and deliberation regarding public comments received and the department’s responses to the comments.  The proposed amendments and new rule implement H.B. 4007, 85th Legislature, Regular Session (2017), and include recommendations from the workgroups and staff to update for clarification and consistency and to make corrections
