  7. Discussion and possible recommendation for adoption regarding the proposed amendment to 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 114, adding new §114.75, relating to scope of practice requirements. The discussion will include review and deliberation regarding public comments received relating to §114.75 and the department’s response to the comments. Proposed new §114.75 is a result of recommendations from the board and its workgroup to add scope of practice provisions to the rules.
