| I certify that I have read and the company will comply with all applicable provisions of the Texas Towing Act, Texas Occupations Code,
Chapter 2308, TEX-ADMIN. Code, Chapter 60, and the Towing Administrative Rules, TEX. ADMIN. Code, Chapter 86; and

| I understand that providing false information on this system may result in revocation and/or denial of the license I am requesting
or have been issued and the possible imposition of administrative penalties and sanctions.
