GAS SPILLS - TCEQ
To report an environmental emergency, discharge, spill, or air release, please contact the State of Texas Spill-Reporting Hotline at 1-800-832-8224 – 24 hours a day. To file a complaint or for more information, including links to rules, laws, technical assistance, waste management, and State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), please contact the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) by clicking here.

MOTOR FUEL QUALITY AND FUEL QUANTITY
To file a complaint about fuel quality (problems such as water or debris in motor fuel), fuel quantity, fuel pump measurement, or other issues such as licensing, stickers, and advertised price, click here.

LICENSING
Until further notice, the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) will temporarily continue to collect licensing fees and issue licenses of motor fuel distributors, wholesalers, jobbers, suppliers, licensed service companies and licensed service technicians on behalf of TDLR. TDLR began issuing fuel pump stickers online mid-January 2020. If you have a question regarding one of these items, please contact TDA directly or click here.
