Anyone can make a tax-deductible donation, gift, or grant in any amount to the Dog and Cat Breeder Training and Enforcement Account.

Any gift of $500 or more must be reported by TDLR to the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation.

We cannot accept a donation from anyone who is a party to a contested case before the agency until the 30th day after the date of the decision in the case was final.

Report Unlicensed Activity

You can report unlicensed activity online 24 hours a day. You can also call TDLR at 800-803-9202 Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If information provided by you to TDLR leads to disciplinary action you will be eligible for a reward. The amount of the reward will be determined by the executive director of TDLR on a case-by-case basis with the maximum amount being $1,000.
