The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is committed to providing meaningful access to government services via digital accessibility as a basic human right.
Reporting Problems
TDLR welcomes all feedback regarding the accessibility of digital resources. If you experience any problems accessing the information available through our website, please contact us at access@tdlr.texas.gov or call (512) 463-6599. You may also contact us through Relay Texas.
To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of the accessibility issue, the web address of the requested material, and your contact information so that we may follow up with a status of the resolution.
Our staff will work with you to provide the information in an accessible format as soon as possible.
Testing Criteria
We use the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA as an established testing criteria for webpages, applications, and documents.
