The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has intellectual property rights in its logos. No one may use any TDLR logo without permission from the agency.

The agency will grant permission upon request only to individuals or organizations that are involved in a non-regulatory relationship with TDLR, such as co-hosting a symposium or another event. TDLR does not grant permission to licensees, their agents or representatives, or other entities directly or indirectly subject to regulation by TDLR because of the potential for confusion about TDLR's relationship with the organization or the possibility that the logo may appear to be an endorsement by the agency.

Requests to use the TDLR logo should be directed to the Office of Strategic Communication at media.inquiries@tdlr.texas.gov. In your email, please include detailed information about the manner in which you want to use the logo.
