TDLR Licensing Test Provider
Psychological Services Inc. (PSI) administers exams for licenses in the following programs: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration; Auctioneer; Water Well Driller and/or Pump Installer; Registered Accessibility Specialist; Barber; Cosmetology; Boiler; Polygraph Examiner; Property Tax Professionals; Electrician; and Property Tax Consultant.

Information on testing and how applicants may schedule an exam at PSI is listed below. The Boiler Candidate Information Bulletin (CIB) is also available for download in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format from PSI's web site.
Once an applicant is eligible to sit for an examination, TDLR will notify PSI electronically. PSI will then send an eligibility postcard to the address given on the application to notify the applicant of their eligibility. The postcard contains instructions for registering and scheduling examinations. The examination fee will be paid directly to PSI. Check the CIB for amounts and additional information.
