Auctioneer Exam Information
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) has contracted third party vendor, PSI, to develop and administer examinations for the Auctioneers Program. Examinations are offered at locations around the state on a day to be scheduled by the applicant.
Once you meet all eligibility requirements, you will receive an eligibility email notice from PSI containing instructions for registering and scheduling examinations. You should review the Candidate Information Bulletin (CIB) which will provide you with detailed information about taking the examinations.

Attention Auctioneer Candidates:
After meeting with Exam Subject Matter Experts, an update was made to the exam content outline and the study guide was revised. Effective September 1, 2020 the exam will be referenced to the updated content outline and study guide. Please view the Candidate Information Bulletin for further information.
