Exam Eligibility

Applicants must submit an application before becoming eligible for the TX Auctioneer Examination. Please follow the instructions for how to submit an application.

Examination Requirements

Written Exam

After submitting your application, TDLR staff will verify that you meet all eligibility requirements. Upon confirmation, you will receive an eligibility email notice from PSI. The email includes instructions for registering and scheduling an examination. Applicant’s eligibilities are valid for a year from the date of approval.
