Commission Readopts Rules (Rule Review)

The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation readopted the rules at 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 99, Off-Highway Vehicle Operator Education and Certification Program, as a result of the required four-year rule review. The readoption notice was published in the December 27, 2024, issue of the Texas Register (49 TexReg 10689).
