Yesterday, the Texas Attorney General’s Officeย released a guidance letter to address questions relating to Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-18. Barbershops, cosmetology salons (including nail and esthetician), massage establishments, and laser hair establishments must remain closed until further notice. The Governor’s order overrides conflicting local and county orders.
