The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) is currently seeking applicants to serve on the Residential Solar Retailers Stakeholder Work Group.
The stakeholder work group will be composed of residential/commercial sales retailers, utility representatives, an electrical contractor and three consumer representatives. Four ex-officio member positions representing several state agencies will be appointed by TDLRโs Executive Director.
The 13 work group members will play a critical role in supporting TDLRโs mission by providing technical knowledge, industry expertise, and real-world insight to the Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation and agency staff.
Although there is no financial compensation for serving, work group board members will experience the personal and professional satisfaction of contributing meaningfully to the programs and professions they represent. Work group board members participate in virtually scheduled work group meetings, allowing for flexible participation.
