Motor Fuels Program Moves from Department of Agriculture to TDLR

Senate Bill 2119 in the 86th Legislature transferred oversight of the Motor Fuels program from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) to TDLR. Legacy File Conversion Notification

All EABPRJ projects (Legacy projects) are converting to the Texas Architectural Barriers online System (TABS), which will eliminate paper files.
