The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation adopted new rules on an emergency basis at 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 140, ยง140.1 and ยง140.2, regarding the Texas Lottery and Charitable Bingo program. The adopted emergency rules set forth the parameters for the establishment of advisory boards for the Texas Lottery and Charitable Bingo.
The adoption justification was published in the September 5, 2025, issue of the Texas Register (50 TexReg 5791). The adopted emergency rules are effective September 11, 2025.
