* Date inspection filed = all required documents received (inspection report, fees, etc)

** If filing fees have not been paid - customer must pay $20 filing fee per decal

*** Remember - the late fee calculated above is only for one decal - if the location has more than one decal and all objects were inspected and filed (received by our office) on the same date you will need to multiply the late fee amount by the number of objects for the total amount due; otherwise you must calculate each decal separately.
