TNC Application Now Available

TDLR is now accepting applications for Transportation Network Company (TNC) permits. Apply online now (select “register as a new user”). TNCs that previously held a valid agreement with a Texas municipality and continued operating must apply on or before December 31, 2017. We recommend all applicants review the TNC Law and TNC Administrative Rules before applying.
