Apply for a New Certificate of Compliance for a Distributor, Supplier, or Wholesaler

Distributors, and Wholesalers

To apply for a new certificate of compliance, submit a completed Fuel Quality Submission for Distributors, and Wholesalers Form (PDF) along with the non-refundable fee listed below.

After your fuel quality submission has been received, and the applicable fee has been paid, you will receive a certificate of compliance.

A certificate of compliance is valid for two years from the date of issue.

Suppliers (terminals) are exempt from device registration and device performance review requirements.

To apply for a new certificate of compliance, submit a completed Fuel Quality Submission for Suppliers Form (PDF) along with the non-refundable application fee of $2600.

After your fuel quality submission has been received, and the applicable fee has been paid, you will receive a certificate of compliance.

A certificate of compliance is valid for two years from the date of issue.
