Ordering Driver Education Certificates of Course Completion

Driver education providers, public schools, colleges, and universities must use the TDLR model DEE-964, ADEE-1317, and, DE-964E certificate template when issuing certificates of completion to students. TDLR no longer sells paper certificates; entities will only purchase certificate numbers.

Payment options for certificate numbers are debit, credit card, or electronic check only. A mailed in paper order form will be rejected.

Public School Certificates

Public Schools, Colleges, and Universities may order public school DE-964E certificates by using the online system or by completing the paper order form and mailing it in. Certificate orders will not be processed without a payment method included. Payment options for certificate orders are debit, credit card, electronic check, or a purchase order.
