Change of Ownership for a Driving Safety Provider

Application and Fee

The new owner is required to submit new application form, a new bond under the new owner’s name, and a copy of the seller’s contract or any instrument of transferring the ownership of the driving safety provider.

Seller’s Contract

The contract or any instrument transferring the ownership of the driving safety provider must include the following statements:

• The purchaser must assume all refund liabilities incurred by the seller or any former owner before the transfer of ownership
